Brackley Town Council understands the sensitive nature of cemetery regulations and the emotional attachment individuals feel towards memorialising their loved ones. We acknowledge the recent concerns raised regarding the application of these regulations at our cemetery and the subsequent discussion on social media.

Our cemetery regulations are in place to ensure that the space remains a peaceful and

respectful environment for all visitors. These regulations are applied consistently and are designed to balance the individual needs of families with the overall maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery.
