Reporting issues to West norhthamptonshire Council (WNC)

Posted in West Northamptonshire Council

Residents of Brackley often draw our attention to issues that are the responsibility of West Northamptonshire Council (WNC).

We understand that it can be frustrating to be sent from one place to the next, so we thought it would be helpful to share the different options available for reporting issues directly to WNC.

WNC APP:

The WNC app is available on the Google Play and Apple App Stores. Brackley residents might be most interested in the ‘Report it’  function, which allows users to report issues in their local area directly to WNC, including Graffiti, litter bins, trees, street cleaning, and fly-tipping, among other incidents and problems. The app also has a variety of news and information functions to keep the residents of West Northants informed.

FIX MY STREET WNC WEBSITE:

Fix My Street WNC is a website used to report issues in your local area. Similar to the app but with more diverse options for reporting issues, the messages go directly to WNC and are logged to be sorted out as quickly as possible. The more people report an issue, the more likely it is to be sorted promptly.

Simply type ‘Fix My Street WNC’ into your search engine or follow the link below. Each council has its own Fix My Street site, so make sure to include WNC or West Northants in your search!
