What are we doing?

For reasons of safety, the junction of Radstone Road and the A43  will be closed overnight, for 3 nights, while work is carried out work in the verges.

There will also be temporary traffic management in the form of periodic overnight lane closures on the A43, southbound and northbound. This traffic management will continue throughout the spring 2023.

These lane closures will be in place to facilitate works such as maintenance of the verges along the A43 and utility diversions at our site located at the old Whitfield Racecourse and will  allow for the safe exit of construction vehicles from the site.

When will these works take place?

The junction of Radstone Road and the A43 will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am on the following dates:

• Monday 27 February 2023
• Tuesday 28 February 2023 
• Wednesday 1 March 2023

There will be periodic overnight lane closures on the A43, northbound and southbound, throughout the spring.

Where will the works take place?

The map below, shows the section of the A43, southbound and northbound, that will have traffic management in the form of a periodic overnight lane closures through spring 2023.
