Are you passionate about supporting young people in your community? Do you want to make a lasting difference in South Northamptonshire? South Northants Youth Engagement are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join the charity as a Trustee!

As a Trustee, you’ll play a key role in helping guide and shape the future of the charity, which provides vital services and support to local young people. You’ll work with a dynamic team of volunteers and fellow Trustees to ensure their mission is fulfilled, with a focus on empowering and inspiring the youth in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the charity

• Support the team in decision-making and setting long-term goals

• Ensure financial sustainability and effective use of resources

• Uphold the charity's values and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

What They're Looking For:

• A passion for youth development and community-based work

• Experience in charity governance, leadership, or strategic planning (experience is helpful, but not essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A commitment to making a positive impact in South Northamptonshire
