Due to the Brackley Fireworks Display on Saturday 4 November, the High Street slip road from the Buckingham Road traffic lights to the public toilets will be closed from 09:00 – 21:30. No parking will be available on the slip road whilst it is shut.
The High Street from Banbury Road to the Buckingham Road traffic lights will be closed from 19:00 – 20:00 for safety while people leave the fireworks event.
Ahead of the event tomorrow, please remember:
- No sparklers, drones, glass bottles or fireworks will be allowed on site.
- Please wrap up warm and walk if you can - parking in the town centre is limited.
- Please remember to bring cash and card for any charitable donations.
- Look after each other and stay safe.
There will be a range of delicious hot food and drink stalls available to keep you warm, as well as a funfair and fantastic range of local community stall activities for the kids to enjoy. The Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team’s W14 show car will also be on display, and members from the team will be in attendance to talk about the car and raise vital funds for their Official Team Charity Partner 2023 – 2024, Mind.
Make sure you don’t miss the pre-show entertainment – the LED drummers will return this year but this time as a nine-piece band!
The fifteen-minute firework display will start at 19:00. This event is always popular, so it's best to arrive early to secure a good viewing spot.
Brackley Town Council look forward to welcoming residents to enjoy the fireworks!
