Brackley Skatepark Update!
Due to the recent wet weather, it has unfortunately been necessary to keep the fencing up around the park for longer than initially anticipated. We completely understand the frustration this has caused, so we have been working behind the scenes to reopen the park as quickly as possible. The purpose of closing the park has been to allow earth in the area around the concrete to dry and settle enough for Maverick to return and complete the landscaping work. After a recent reassessment, it has been decided that the best course of action is to reposition the fencing, 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 while protecting the waterlogged southern area of the facility.
𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗗-𝗢𝗙𝗙 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔!
Trespassing in this area risks further full park closures and could delay the completion of essential groundworks. The south side of the park needs significant time to drain, which will then allow for the landscaping work to be completed. Due to the season, this may still take some time and is entirely weather-dependent. We are very grateful for the community's continued patience and cooperation.
