Adult Social Care Engagement

Brackley Library Adult Social Care engagement sessions are being held on Fridays between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. No appointment is needed, just turn up on the day. Welcoming Spaces West Northants will work with individuals to define what a "good life" looks like if long-term support is needed and will identify the best outcomes together with the individual to provide support.
